Powerflex-polyuretaanipuslat
Powerflex-puslilla korvaat heikot kumipuslat. Alustan puslat joutuvat erittäin kovan rasituksen alaiseksi. Puslien tarkoituksena on vaimentaa tukivarsien ja muiden alustan osien värinöiden ja rasitusten siirtymistä koriin. Puslien on oltava riittävän kovia estämään ei toivotut pyörän liikkeet. Powerflex-puslat on valmistettu polyuretaanista, joka mahdollistaa 25-30% jäykemmän rakenteen muiden ominaisuuksien silti kärsimättä.

The FK8 and FL5 Honda Civic Type R are truly great cars, some would argue the finest hot hatchbacks produced, and despite often being pitched against more powerful and costly opposition, they consistently punch above their weight. So, how does one improve on that I hear you say…well, fast front-heavy FWD vehicles all suffer the same problem – understeer due to front-end weight transfer and lift during acceleration. Manufacturers reduce this with limited-slip diffs but excessive deflection in worn rubber suspension bushes, specifically the front wishbone bushes as they age, can worsen this and promote unwanted reactions such as imprecise steering, braking instability and reduced traction including wheel-hop, problems that will no doubt take the sharp edge off what is usually a razor-sharp track weapon. PFF25-1120BLK Lower Torque Mount Insert is made using our Black 95A material and uses our effective prong design to fill the voiding of the OE bush, limiting movement and increasing stiffness. Reducing engine/trans movement using upgraded inserts has the following benefits. Sharper throttle response – More accurate gear changes – Reduced wheel-hop – More balanced on/off throttle handling. A small increase in NVH, usually at idle, should be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the engine/transmission and chassis.
