Powerflex-puslilla korvaat heikot kumipuslat. Alustan puslat joutuvat erittäin kovan rasituksen alaiseksi. Puslien tarkoituksena on vaimentaa tukivarsien ja muiden alustan osien värinöiden ja rasitusten siirtymistä koriin. Puslien on oltava riittävän kovia estämään ei toivotut pyörän liikkeet. Powerflex-puslat on valmistettu polyuretaanista, joka mahdollistaa 25-30% jäykemmän rakenteen muiden ominaisuuksien silti kärsimättä.

Powerflex Road -polyuretaanipuslat – PFF16-721
PFF16-721 Lower Engine Mount Insert is made in our Yellow 70A durometer material for increased mount longevity and performance. Designed to fill the voiding in the OE rubber mount, it smooths out gear changes by stiffening and supporting the often perished rubber bush, which is common for failure on tuned vehicles. This will provide a more precise and settled transmission response during acceleration and deceleration. A small increase in NVH, usually at idle, should be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the engine/transmission and chassis. This part fits as an insert for the Upper Right Engine Mount. The rubber on the original mounts degrades and soften with time resulting in excessive engine and gearbox movement. This insert is developed to fit in and around the voided sections of the original rubber mounts to restrict movement at higher torque levels. This provides a cost-effective way of improving engine stability, gear shifting, power delivery, and vehicle handling without the increased NVH associated with more expensive full replacement aftermarket engine mounts.
