Powerflex-polyuretaanipuslat
Powerflex-puslilla korvaat heikot kumipuslat. Alustan puslat joutuvat erittäin kovan rasituksen alaiseksi. Puslien tarkoituksena on vaimentaa tukivarsien ja muiden alustan osien värinöiden ja rasitusten siirtymistä koriin. Puslien on oltava riittävän kovia estämään ei toivotut pyörän liikkeet. Powerflex-puslat on valmistettu polyuretaanista, joka mahdollistaa 25-30% jäykemmän rakenteen muiden ominaisuuksien silti kärsimättä.

This part suits arms with a 75mm diameter bush. For arms with 65mm bushes, please use PFF3-802G. This is a replacement part that in our road series application is 35% stiffer than the original rubber bush to withstand increased loading seen by this position on the car. PFF3-702G provides +/- 0.5° caster offset that can be adjusted on the car for improved steering feel. Additional caster will also create additional negative camber on turn giving improved tyre contact with the road under heavy cornering. Powerflex Road -polyuretaanipuslat – PFF3-725
PFF3-725 is a two-part insert designed to limit transmission movement under load. The lower A-Bush acts to fill the voiding of the original rubber mount, while the upper B-Bush acts as a buffer to eliminate movement between the upper and lower portions of the mount. An increase in NVH should be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the transmission and chassis. The harder the material, the greater the NVH transmitted. If the increased NVH is considered too much, the upper B-Bush can be removed to relieve this.
