Powerflex-polyuretaanipuslat
Powerflex-puslilla korvaat heikot kumipuslat. Alustan puslat joutuvat erittäin kovan rasituksen alaiseksi. Puslien tarkoituksena on vaimentaa tukivarsien ja muiden alustan osien värinöiden ja rasitusten siirtymistä koriin. Puslien on oltava riittävän kovia estämään ei toivotut pyörän liikkeet. Powerflex-puslat on valmistettu polyuretaanista, joka mahdollistaa 25-30% jäykemmän rakenteen muiden ominaisuuksien silti kärsimättä.

Powerflex Road -polyuretaanipuslat – PFF5-125
An anodised CNC-Machined 6082 Aluminium mount pre-fitted with polyurethane bushes, for a true bolt-off, bolt-on replacement, with no pressing or assembly required. This Road Series mount provides a 100% increase in overall stiffness over the original voided mount, using a combined Purple 80A durometer small bush, and a 2-piece design large bush with Purple 80A and Yellow 70A bush components. With a minimal increase in NVH, reduced wheel hop and a more direct transition of power to the road, it is suitable for standard and mildly tuned vehicles and would be considered as the next step upgrade to our PFF5-107 and PFF5-120 offerings. A small increase in NVH, usually at idle, should be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the engine and chassis. PFF5-131G is a straightforward way to change the virtual roll centre of the car to increase resistance to body roll and correct suspension geometry on lowered vehicles. Lowering the car will change the angle of the front wishbone causing suspension compression even before the suspension moves. Our roll centre adjuster kit will restore the original roll centre on these cars and includes a 5mm spacer for fine-tuning and to cater for different lowered amounts (N.B. The spacer is only suitable for 17-inch wheels and larger).
